Delivery & Shipping Policy
Protools Warehouse delivers to any valid address across Australia.
We ship from Sydney and all prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Domestic Shipping Options
Protools warehouse offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $120.
*Free shipping is excluded in the following instances:
- On large and bulky items (pressure washers, hose reels, detailing trolley)
- To regional and remote areas
- To P.O Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Orders under $150 are sent at a standard postage rate as calculated before the final checkout page. You will have the opportunity to review the cost of shipping prior to completing your order.
Delivery Time
A confirmation email will be sent after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Orders are dispatched same day if placed before 12 noon on Monday through Friday. We make every effort to fulfil orders ASAP to the nominated address. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow up to 5 days for delivery and up to 10 days for regional and remote areas.
Please note:
- Protools Warehouse do not split orders and the complete order will be sent once any pre order arrives
- Orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day
- During peak periods and major sales events, there may be delays in dispatching your order
- All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Authorised purchases will be shipped
- Protools Warehouse won’t be held responsible for delays or late delivery of external delivery services
- Protools Warehouse won’t be responsible for an incorrect address provided during checkout. Please check accuracy of the address you have entered.

How do I Track my Order
Orders placed at Protools Warehouse are delivered by Australia Post, Couriers Please and Sendle.
Pressure washers will be sent using a courier service.
A Tracking Number is provided and your order will be updated with the tracking information, so you have up to date information on your purchase.

If your order has not arrived in the designated time, please contact us at info@protoolswarehouse.com.au for assistance.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel and get in touch with our customer service team on info@protoolswarehouse.com.au. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact the customer service team and take photos of the damaged item.
Insurance
Protools warehouse provides transit insurance on all goods in the event of damage, theft, loss of items.
