30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

How to Start a Return

  2. You’ll be given instructions on what to include in your return package.
  3. Do not send items back without authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
